YSD does not permit templates to be used for Unlawful, Pornographic,
Gambling ,Hate Crimes or Propaganda but only for express use of
Wedding Promotion and Marriage between Couples and retains the
sole right to remove or dis-band any template in violation of said 
agreement.

YSD does not permit duplication of templates for Redistribution 
purposes or copying for sharing purposes without explicit consent 
from YSD. Any copying without explicit consent will be considered
a violation of Copywright Laws and punishable by large fines.

YSD templates are owned by YSD and licences only to user
and can be changed and updated at the disgression of YSD.

YSD Hosting reserves the right to revise, amend, and modify
 these Terms of Services at any time and without notice.
It is the Customers responsibility to read Our Terms of Services
 and check our website on a regular basis to see if we have updated them.

Customer shall not use Our services for any type of illegal activity,
 host content that is offensive to others, or use in any manor that YSD 
would deem indecent. For example: IRC Bots, Pirated Software, 
Hatred websites, Warez websites, Hack programs, and archives
or using YSD templates for re-sell purposes.

Subscriber will not upload or transmit any type of virus through 
Our services, that may cause an effect to our machines or the public.

Subscriber will provide YSD with all the appropriate and 
accurate information when signing up for YSD template purchase.

Subscriber is responsible for any disputes with Pay Pal resulting
in payment not being recieved by YSD and must resolve their
own issues before templates are issued.

The following Service Agreement must be read and accepted
 in order to acquire any services from YSD.

By accepting this contract I therefore agree and understand 
the terms listed above. This agreement shall be construed in 
accordance with and be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
